Sad to say that another great one has left us. Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin, the oldest living apostle on the earth, died last night, he was 91. We will miss him, but also know that it will be nice for him to be reunited with his wife, Elisa. He was a great leader and set a wonderful example. I have fond memories of going to Saturday Evening Priesthood Sessions with my dad and hearing him talk. He was very sweet, told great stories, and was someone you could easily relate to.
He was an apostle for over 20 years and served in many other capacities in the church before that time. We all appreciate his service and will miss him dearly.
