We lost another Disney great today. After 79 years on this earth, Roy O. Disney's son and Walt's nephew passed away. He was instrumental in keeping the company together, saving it in the early '80's by bringing in Eisner & Wells (and unknown to many, mainly Wells was the one that did the saving, not Eisner), ushered in the 2nd Golden Age, and saved the company again a few years ago by helping oust Eisner.
